What will Free Fusion replace under this repair ?

Diagnosis service means that you will send us your device and we will assess it.

  • -If possible to repair and fix your iPhone 6s Plus we will then contact you via email 
  • -If you are happy with the quote given to you then we will send a direct payment link and complete your repair once paid. 
  • -If following the diagnosis you do not wish to have your device repaired we will send your device back to you and you only have to pay the admin fee as stated in our terms and conditions

  • We return all packages via 1st class recorded delivery with Royal Mail. This covers up to £50 compensation if ever lost or damaged during the return of your Apple Device.
  • However, do you wish to upgrade your return postage to special delivery and have compensation up to £500 then please do so at the check out. 

(Please note if Royal Mail lose your package we can only claim for up to the amount stated above and no more)


How does the process work ?

Once we receive your iPhone we will send you an email to let you know its here:

  • -We will keep you updated during your repair and will send you an email each time your device moves through the process. 
  • -All our repairs iPhone 6s Plus are done using the highest quality OEM parts. 
  • -Diagnosis covers engineer checking only but if they find an issue with the device and a part is needed to have  the device working our admin team will contact you via email and let you know exactly what it is you need and how much it will cost.
  • -If you are happy with our quote we will send a direct payment link from Worldpay to pay for the repairs.
  • -Once repaired we will send one last email to let you know its been shipped.
