How it works

1. Choose your iDevice repair

Select your model from the menu and choose your repair. Once found please add this to the cart and then click checkout to enter customer details. If you cannot find your repair or need any help please call on 01536 260 558 and we can assist you.




2. Complete payment securely online



Once your details are entered click the pay now button to take you to the secure WorldPay website. Once your payment is made you will then receive a confirmation email and a printable order number and address.

Please send your device with your order number and pass code (or remove it before sending) to the address given.



3. Send iDevice for repair

When sending your device please remove your sim card and package the device securely. We only need the device itself no boxes or wires required. Don't forget to include your order number. We recommend you send your device by Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery. This way you can track your device to us and have proof that we have received it.

Please note we only cover the return postage, We send all devices via 1st Class Recorded delivery by Royal Mail (upgrades available)



4. We fix and test your iDevice to you



Once device is received we will email you to confirm receipt, our specialists will complete repair and check your device before returning to you. You will receive and email to confirm the device is repaired and another to let you know when this device has been sent back to you.



5. We return repaired iDevice



Once your device is repaired we will package and return to you. We send all devices via 1st Class Recorded (Signed For) by Royal Mail, if you wish to have your device returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery this can be added at the checkout or you can call 01536 260 558 to add this to your account.
